Set of 4 painted wooden figures.  Cylindrical with painted faces and hats.  Each is drilled through the center (top to bottom) and 3 have some type of metal clip inside.  Possibly used as jump rope handles or something similar.  All stamped "JAPAN" on the sides or bottom.  Two are matching and all four are approximately 4 inches tall.
